We have a few spots left in our feb 5th milling your own grains class. This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to mix gf flours and what flours are best for what kinds of foods. In addition to learning about milling on a personal mill, I will demonstrate how to measure and mix ingredients together to create both a “bread” flour and a “pastry” flour and what other additional flours i add to those.
