IMG_4763I’m going to make french macarons for Easter/Passover. Definitely:

  •  Salted Caramel
  • Bittersweet Chocolate with Fleur de sel chocolate chips and a chocolate shell. (DF)

Does anyone want fig? (DF) 

Then I’m trying to decide betweeen:

  • Vanilla
  • Hazlenut praline
  • Orange flower, ginger & rose macaron (an Hermes recipe.)

What is your choice?
