I’m going to make french macarons for Easter/Passover. Definitely:
- Salted Caramel
- Bittersweet Chocolate with Fleur de sel chocolate chips and a chocolate shell. (DF)

- Hazlenut praline
- Orange flower, ginger & rose macaron (an Hermes recipe.)
