The class will meet Sat, March 29th from 1-4. Class size is limited to 8. Once you sign up, please email recipe you would like me to consider for conversion to gluten free. We will convert two recipes during the class.
Priority will be given to people who have taken one of my Grains classes. If you haven’t taken the Grains class, but want to take this class, you can ask to be on a wait list until March 15th. Any open slots after March 15th will be filled first from the wait list.
