I’ll be making Vegan lasagna this weekend for pick up next week! Homemade pasta, and homemade vegan cheese (if you want it). The vegan cheese is made with a pure soy milk
(Westsoy unsweetened). In a taste test, testers could barely taste a difference, and the mouth feel was the same as cows mozzarella.
The pasta will have a spicy red veggie sauce and a vegan bechemel sauce. Veggies include root veggies and others. Please let me know if you are allergic to any vegetable. I’m trying to make it FODMAP tolerant, but there will be some onion and garlic, though in very small amounts.
The price for a 8 x 8 pan is $30. With homemade vegan cheese on top, add $2. Please specify if you want a sprinkle of sheep milk Pecorino on top. Otherwise, it will be left for you to put the cheese of your own choice on top! Comes frozen, though i’m making them on Sat and possibly Sunday. Pick up is 23rd or 24th.
Because everything, including the vegan cheese is from scratch, it is labor intensive, and i won’t be making again soon! So if you want it, please order! It freezes well. PLEASE ORDER BY THIS THURS, THE 19TH!
