My pizza crust is made with the same sourdough starter as my bagels, which gives the crust an authentic, chewy-crusty mouth feel! I leave the dough to rise for 10 hours to give it great flavor and its chewy crust.
I tend to like simplicity: cherry tomatoes, olives, cheese and greens thrown on top when it comes out of the oven. Sometimes i’ll put roasted parsnips on top (super yummy) or other such unusual pizza veggies.
I’ll likely give you a choice of simple or surprise :-). And you can choose my
homemade vegan cheese or mozzarella. They will come par baked and frozen for you to pop in the oven! So send me your wish lists.
