Preorder from our Menu . Or simply come on in to buy what catches your fancy in the moment.

The menu for next week  is updated! Saturday is Donut Day, and we have a very tasty lineup. House made Blueberry Jam filled, Glazed, Chocolate Glazed and Cinnamon Sugar. Please preorder vegan. If you don’t want to come early to get donuts, please preorder.

Ice Cream Sandwiches are flying off the shelves. We are trying a new vegan ice cream brand made from oat milk. The Vegan Oatmeal cookie with Salted Caramel ice cream is from GF oat milk, as is the Mint Chip Brownie. Chocolate and Vanilla versions are coconut milk based (which i think i prefer.) The dairy full versions are the same organic ice cream we always use.  If you need a cool me down, come on in and get one or more.

We added Small Cherry pies to the menu, and Large Blueberry pies. Our blueberry pies are super tasty with their secret ingredient that really makes the blueberry pop.

We have crackers! Made earlier than expected.  BUT, we heat sealed the bags to help them stay fresh longer. Stock up!  We won’t have crackers for a long while. They are hard to make, and require professional bake staff to make. Bakers are in short supply these days, like all trades. We have been training people, but its not the same when it comes to things like cracker rolling and bread.  On the topic of bread, we have hot dog and hamburger buns on the menu for the holiday weekend.

Soon to Disappear!

Only a week or two more  of many of your favorite items like Strawberry Shortcake, Angel Food cupcakes, Lemon Poppy bundtlettes, Lemon Ricotta tarts, Smoked Gouda, Mushroom and Spinach Pizza, Sugar cookies with pressed flowers and more! So come on in and get your favorites. They won’t be on the menu again until next summer!

Gluten Free Baking in St Bresson, France!

We expect to have daily activities for your Plus 1 (or more). Things like visiting Saint Guilhem le Desert.  Local wine tasting. Occitanie, formerly Languedoc-Roussillion, is now the wine capital of France. The region, known for its goat and sheep cheese made by tiny local producers, honey production and other artisan foods, like chestnut cake and chestnut cream, is a gem. You can also find various fruit aperitif liquors and honey mead.

After my trip in October, we will post pricing, with housing options, and extras options. Again, given logistics, we will need to limit the class to 30 people.  Sincerely interested? Please keep abreast of developments as they are announced.

Don’t forget we have Fresh Flowers for your Special Occassion Cakes!

Our garden is in full bloom. Even many of the Dahlias are blooming already.  So we’ve been candying flowers like crazy to stock pile for when gardening season is over.
