What’s New this Week!

Well, for one, we will have Hamantaschen this week for Purim. Apricot, Strawberry, Blueberry. Order online for this holiday cookie, or come to the counter. We are making a limited supply, so preordering helps us decide how much to make!

And we have added a Vegan Veggie Burger to our Sandwich menu. Super delicious patty from Vermont Bean Crafters. Served Classic with Lettuce, Tomato, Vegan Cheese and a Slice of Pickle. Or Spiffy with Caramelized Onions, Arugula, roasted tomato and vegan cheese.  These are served on our Vegan Sourdough rolls. Or you can have on a challah roll, but then it will be DF, not Vegan.

Breakfast Special

This  Saturday we will have Crepes! The  savory will be egg, spinach, caramelized onions and Brie cheese. We haven’t decided whether to make it open faced liked we had during our Baking Class in France, or folded.  The DF will be the same but with vegan feta cheese. Up for Sweet Crepes we will have our house made Salted Caramel (full dairy or vegan) with or without nuts. So we will again have a DF version and a full dairy version for your breakfast dinning pleasure!

You will also be able to get Breakfast Bagels (sorry, bagels will only be available for breakfast sandwiches).

You are continuing to give us the highest praise for our Eggplant Parm (particularly from Italians!) and our various sandwiches. 🥪🥰 Thank you!

Saturday Special

The Saturday Special this week is Sweet and Savory Brioche. These puffy, delectable treats come in Raspberry with Marscapone, DF Blueberry, or Chèvre or  Vegan Cheese with seasonal Veggies. They freeze super well. Just take from freezer, microwave for 30 seconds, and its like it just came out of the oven. Perfect for a breakfast on the go, lunch box, or afternoon treat.

Easter Menu

Easter is TEN days away.  Please get your order in.

For those of you ordering Easter Cakes, we are going to switch around our easter cake design and make it a bit more rustic. We are still working on ideas, but Leesteffy is about to lop back her massive grape vine, so we are thinking of adding Bunny ears to cake make from grape vine, herbs and fresh and candied flowers. And then to add some other chocolates around the cake. Rustic like in this photo. Or we might go with floppy ears, like in photo below, but we kind of like using nature’s gifts.

Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
