I was asked by a few customers to make Hamantaschen. Looking at recipes, it seems like it is basically a shortbread dough that has to be pliable enough to roll. So i tweeked our shortbread recipe and made some today. But, no one at the bakery is familiar with Hamantaschen, so if Hamantaschen are your tradition for Purim and you are in the neighborhood tomorrow, please stop by (after noon) and ask for a sample and let us know if we are good to go on these Purim treats. We are only making fruit filled ones. The sample ones are all raspberry. Thank you!
