We will have bagels by preorder only next Thursday for Yom Kippur.  These are preorder only  bagels to nosh on after your fast.  You can order just bagels or bagel platters with  cream cheese choices.

New for Fall

A return of OLD Favorites: Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Bundtletts, Cinnamon Sugar Cookies, Fall flavored frosting.

We resumed Thursday Donuts last week. Small batch, walk ins only. We always have glazed or cinnamon sugar and then a specialty donut.

This month’s donut line up includes Apple Fritters and Cider Donuts. And the Dixie Donut is Pumpkin Cheesecake.

NEW! Grab and Go sandwiches. Available Thursday -Sat. On our Focaccia or our traditional sourdough baguette!

Hello,  Focaccia! Try both the savory and the sweet. The sweet Focaccia will really surprise you about how good it is.  Focaccia sandwiches also available!

Dixie Redemption Dog Rescue

We are still looking for an adaptor for Peach. We are sponsoring her transportation costs to her forever home!

 

     
The perfect match: Peach is a beautiful and affectionate albino Australian Cattle Dog who was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in California, a state currently experiencing a crisis of unprecedented numbers of abandoned animals. She is looking for a forever family with no cats or small animals. 
About Peach:
  • Personality: Peach is a fabulous, well-behaved, and very obedient dog. She’s initially a little shy but warms up to be friendly with all humans, including children, and gets along well with other dogs.
  • The sweetest companion: Peach is a sensitive soul who loves being part of a family. She is so sweet that the rescue coordinator’s young son gave her the name “Peach,” and she even sleeps with him every night.
  • Herding instinct: Like many of her breed, Peach has a strong herding instinct and tends to try and herd cats and small animals. Although she stops when told, she needs a home without small, vulnerable pets.
  • A hard choice: Peach was originally intended for Violette Bakers founder Leesteffy, but she has a disabled cat who can’t run or climb. It was a very hard decision, but Leesteffy instead adopted, Alice, an elderly dog from Dixie’s Redemption and is now sponsoring Peach’s transport to her forever home. Now, Peach is waiting for her perfect family.

Bread this Week

Challah (DF) and Sourdough (Vegan). The challah comes in loaves and rolls and is DF. The Sourdough comes in loaves, Boules, and rolls. Both freeze really well. The GF sourdough is made from our 17 year old sourdough starter.

Deadlines:

Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
