What’s New this Week!
Mail Order is Live! We’ve had a robust start to our mail ordering; thank you everyone who has ordered! To access our Shopify Mail Order platform, go to our website and click on Mail Order. (Don’t click on Menu/Order as that will take you to Kyoo our online order platform.)
If you love our bagels, and want them more than the one week you can order them in-store, try mail ordering! It’s one of the items you can get via mail order. We ship out on Weds for you to receive on Thursday.
Sourdough Boules are back! Our kitchen team wanted to learn how to make Boules, so i showed them this week, and they loved it! They are very enthusiastic about continuing to make these hand formed breads. It is the same sourdough as the square loaves, but they are crunchier on the outside, and may not stay quite as moist over 2-3 days as the square loaf. Because the pan keeps moisture in. You can get the boules plain, with olives or Rosemary. We made a few loaves this morning, and they were bought in a blink. We’ve added boules alone to the order platform the two weeks we wouldn’t have sourdough (bagel and English Muffin week). So if you want one, please order it. At the end of the month, we will have some generally in the store, for our regularly scheduled sourdough week.

Slice of Cake. Cake slices are flying. It’s nice to sit and share a slice of cake with someone else, or eat a slice yourself. Plus, the flavors are different than our normal cupcake flavors. We let the cake decorators make whatever flavor combos strike their creative fancy! So come on in and have a slice of cake.
Ice Cream Sandwiches. We see you appreciating our efforts to keep you 
cool with our ice cream sandwiches. We try to keep in stock both cookie ice cream sandwiches, and traditional ones with the chocolate cookie/cake outer shell. I asked which was more popular, and staff said we constantly are making both! Glad you are enjoying.
Tamales We sold out of the Tamales we’ve brought in from Mr Tamales in a snap. But now we are restocked. I brought them in because i eat them frequently, and love them! We have two kinds, Vegan and Poblano Cheese. Try them, you will like them. Super easy to heat up. You just steam them and then put your favorite topping on top. I eat them plain or with avocado.
Saturday Special
The special this sat is POP TARTS! Strawberry, Cherry and Blueberry. They Freeze well.
Weekly Bread
BAGELS! and Challah. Our slow rise sourdough bagels get boiled and then baked. They are chewy like a traditional NYC style bagel.
The Breakfast Special for Sat is Bagel Sandwiches. We have a delicious roster of new sandwiches, which we think you will love!
Deadlines:
Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
