We have a new cookie! It’s a cookie I had in Istanbul pre-covid and i loved it. Sezgi has duplicated it for me. It is called Mantar (mushroom in English) because of its shape, and has NO grain or sugar. Just nuts, cocoa (in this version), egg whites, potato starch and dates. I had several 
flavors in Turkey, so we will roll out different flavors once we see how popular they are with the NO SUGAR CROWD. They aren’t very sweet. They will be replacing the Oat Date cookies for awhile.
Fancy Cakes
If you’ve come in for a SLICE OF CAKE, you’ve seen we’ve upped our cake making game. Sezgi adores making fancy cakes. (Wait til you see our Christmas offerings!) So if you have a hankering 
for a fancy cake, send us an email with some photos of ideas you have in mind. Or a theme you have in mind. Design work is $60hr, and we will give you a not to exceed price. If it takes us less time, we charge you less, but we never charge you more. Info@violettegf.com

Breakfast Specials
We will continue to make bagel sandwiches every Sat. But starting in Sept we will
continue our rotation of Breakfast Specials. Have you not had Hollandaise in forever because you can’t have dairy? Come have our Eggs Florentine or Eggs Royale (Smoked Salmon) with our House MADE DF HOLLANDAISE. We were making both dairy and DF, but honestly they tasted the same, so now we make just DF.
Weekly Bread
Sourdough and Challah. Get our slow rise sourdough in our Violette square shape or in a traditional boule shape. The squares are steam baked in closed bread pans so stay fresher for a tad bit longer.
Deadlines:
Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
