We are in the throws of Pie Season! We have Strawberry-Rhubarb, Peach Crumb and Mixed Berry. If you have been hankering for our Tart Lemon pie, let us know!
It’s HOT out there, but we have you covered with foods, like Fresh Fruit pies, strawberry shortcake, Angel food cupcakes with tart lemon curd, and now, Ice Cream Sandwiches are back in stock. (We made a new batch yesterday!)
Gluten Free Baking in St Bresson, France!
I’ll be traveling to France in Oct to reserve accommodations and block some car rentals.
Please, if you’ve written expressing interest and haven’t replied to our survey, look in your spam and please respond. Otherwise, we will organize without your input. After this trip to France, we should be able to price out the trip for people, including accommodation.
Just a reminder, if you would prefer a quaint non-modern hotel outside of the village, you will not be able to cook for yourself. Cooking in french hotels is not an option.
Again, given logistics, we will have a finite number (likely 30) class slots available so if you want to participate, please keep abreast of developments as they are announced.

Our garden is in full bloom. Even many of the Dahlias are blooming already. So we’ve been candying flowers like crazy to stock pile for when gardening season is over.

Lemon Ricotta Tart (savory, comes in dairy or vegan.) Angel Food Cupcakes with house made lemon curd center and a dollop of rose cream (DF). And our Viennese Lemon Poppy Bundtlettes!
Deadlines:
ORDERS MUST be in 2 days before/3 days for Frosted Cakes. Our order platform closes at noon each day. 
Deliveries are Thursday and Friday late afternoon only and Sat. Please do not request an early delivery on Thursday or Friday. We can ask, but typically, the delivery people can not accommodate an earlier time.

General notes: If you are trying to call us and we don’t answer, send a text if it’s during regular business hours. For DELIVERY just chose pick up and make sure you’ve added Delivery City to your cart and put name, address, cell phone in Special Instruction box.)
