This Saturday is DONUT DAY!
You can pre-order Apple Fritters, Glazed or Chocolate Glazed Donuts! Or come to the window to purchase, but they usually sell out fast! So come early. Preorder pick up is from 10-4.
These are three of my favorite donuts, and I know you’ll be a fan, too!
Valentine’s Menu is Up!
We have Strawberry Swiss Roll and Salted Caramel-Chocolate Swiss Roll, A Valentine’s Naked Cake with chocolate covered strawberries, mini french macarons, and chocolate hearts (Dairy or DF). You can order a 2-3 person size or a family size. 
The Naked Cakes are for a bigger love fest. (Like our Naked Cakes at Christmas. ) We will have our usual lineup of linzer-like cookies filled with Raspberry French Buttercream, DF Mixed Berry Buttercream, or Chocolate Ganache (DF). As well as Sugar cookies. And, Truffle Lovers, we will have our truffles again. If you haven’t had these they are a real treat.
We will sell ” grab and go boxes”, and you can also choose your content for the Valentine’s Box if you Pre-Order. Valentine Menu available for 2/10 and 2/11 (Fri and Sat) and 2/14 (Tuesday).
Our Hearty Sourdough Bread is Still in Stock alongside our regular Sourdough
We accidentally made too much dough on Friday, so while supplies last we will have both sourdoughs. These are slow rise doughs, and the longer the rise, the longer the loaf stays moist! (A trick i learned from a french baker!) Both versions freeze well.
We also have challah on the menu. Challah is great for French toast, sandwiches, particularly grilled cheese and just to eat with butter on a cold winter’s day. It freezes well.
Please Remember these Store Changes
You all seem to be loving the store changes that allow you inside and to pick some things out for yourselves. So glad we made this transition! We will continue to be closed on Tuesdays until we have more robust staffing. (We will be open Tuesday, 2/14!)
We’ve changed the preorder deadline for most things to 24 hours, with our order platform closing at noon each day. Special Occassion cakes still need 2 days preorder.
Remember, having Customers Preorder is our Goal
At the window, the only things one will be able to buy is cupcakes, cookies, bread, savories and Saturday Specials. Some items, like pastry, will only be available one Saturday a month, or for large catering orders. Many cookies at the window will come pre-packaged in larger quantities.
Deadlines:
Deliveries are Thursday – Sat. If you want a delivery on Weds, please email us so we can ask the driver.

General notes: If you are trying to call us and we don’t answer, send a text if it’s during regular business hours. For DELIVERY just chose pick up and make sure you’ve added Delivery City to your cart and put name, address, cell phone in Special Instruction box.)
