Next Week we have a line up of Pastry for our Saturday Special!
You can pre-order Chocolate Eclairs (DF), NEW! Caramel Eclairs (DF), Cream Puffs (Dairy), Boston Cream Puffs (also know as profiteroles), and Cheese Cake. Due to staffing woes, we’ve had to limit these items to once a month for a Saturday Special for the winter at least. We prefer pre-orders, but you can also take your chance at the window on Sat.
We are in the midst of planning our Valentine’s Menu!
So far, we have Raspberry Swiss Roll and Salted Caramel-Chocolate Swiss Roll, A Valentine’s Naked Cake with chocolate hearts, Raspberry French Buttercream or Strawberry (DF or Vegan) Frosting, Chocolate Hearts and Chocolate Covered Strawberries. We will make a prototype next week and post it when we post the menu. The Swiss rolls are meant
to be shared by 2-3 people. The Naked Cakes are for a bigger love fest. (Like our Naked Cakes at Christmas. ) We will have our usual lineup of linzer-like cookies filled with Raspberry French Buttercream or Chocolate Ganache (DF). As well as Sugar cookies. And, Truffle Lovers, we will have our truffles again. If you haven’t had these they are a real treat.
We will sell grab and go boxes, and also let you put together your choice of items in a Valentine’s Box if you Pre-Order.

Our Hearty Sourdough Bread is Back
This is a variation I made because I can’t eat rice flour or millet. It is more wheat-like than our regular sourdough, and very delicious. Last time it sold out fast daily at the store, so if you want it, best to preorder. We only make it one week every month or so. It Freezes well, so stock up!
We also have challah on the menu. Challah is great for French toast, sandwiches, particularly grilled cheese and just to eat with butter on a cold winter’s day. It freezes well.
Please Remember these Store Changes
You all seem to be loving the store changes that allow you inside and to pick some things out for yourselves. So glad we made this transition! We will continue to be closed on Tuesdays until we have more robust staffing.
We’ve changed the preorder deadline for most things to 24 hours, with our order platform closing at noon each day. Special Occassion cakes still need 2 days preorder.
Remember, having Customers Preorder is our Goal
At the window, the only things one will be able to buy is cupcakes, cookies, bread, savories and Saturday Specials. Some items, like pastry, will only be available one Saturday a month, or for large catering orders. Many cookies at the window will come pre-packaged in larger quantities. 
Deadlines:
Deliveries are Thursday – Sat. If you want a delivery on Weds, please email us so we can ask the driver.
