Summer Is in Full Swing! ☀️🍓

Summer is one of our favorite seasons in the bakery. Fresh fruit is at its peak, flowers are everywhere, and some of our most-loved desserts return for a few short months each year.

The biggest news this week, though, is our bread.

Over the past few weeks, it wasn’t meeting our standards. We noticed it, addressed it, and we’re delighted to say it’s back to where it should be.

Leesteffy is back on the bread bench while training our new staff, and the results have been wonderful. Our bread is once again beautifully fermented, full of flavor, and simply sumptuous. Just take a look at the photos from last Saturday’s bread bake.

This week at the bakery is Bagel Week, so we’ll have fresh bagels and challah in the store.

At our farmers markets, we’ll have our full bread lineup: sourdough, challah, baguettes, and bagels.

Farmers Markets

You’ll find us at Copley Square on Friday and the Roslindale Farmers Market on Saturday.

Preorder online and choose free delivery to either market so your order will be waiting for you when you arrive.
