It is Donut O’Clock

We have a terrific lineup this Month. Our classic Glazed Donut (everyone’s Favorite). Then there is our Boston Cream Donut, filled with our luscious dairy free pastry cream and topped with dark chocolate. Pina Colada Glazed, because yes its summer, and yes, we  love those fruity vibes. And the cool guy, Cold Brew, because well its Sukari’s favorite, and sure to become yours too.

Preorder or get in here early Sat morning. You won’t be sorry. But you will be sad if you miss this months lineup!

New This Week

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE. This classic treat is available only for a short while in the summer. Come get it.

We are paring down our offerings, and here are some of our changes. 1) For now at least our vegan chocolate chip, will become classic. No coconut, no fresh orange zest. 2) Peanut Butter will also be classic. No chocolate. 3) No Oatmeal chocolate once our current batch is done. Yes, there is a theme here. Chocolate has become insanely expensive. And we’ve had to pare back staff to cut costs due to crazily high increases in food costs. Our brown rice flour went from $2200 for 2500 pounds to $5200 for 2500 pounds in the last year.. And it’s all a DOMESTIC product. Shipping has gone from $800 to $1700. So yeah, we have to cut back where we can, including on staffing. It’s thievery but what can you do? We certainly don’t have a government who will do anything about it.

Our LEMON BARS are back! But new and improved. These are a classic lemon bar. Not too tart, not too sweet. Yes, you spoke and we listened. You liked lemon but not as tart as aour previous bars/tarts were! The new version is creamier and a tad sweeter, but still with a lemony kick. .

Don’t forget we have large and small Fruit tarts too!

Ice Cream Sandwiches! 

We should be back in stock on all our ice cream sandwiches. Either tomorrow or by Thursday. Lucky Day is making a delivery of vegan ice cream, so we will finally have more vegan offerings too.

Weekly Bread

This week it is SOURDOUGH and CHALLAH.   The Challah is soft and fluffy just like wheat based egg bread. Our  Sourdough are slow rise bread made with our own 17 year old sourdough starter. Preorder, or take your chances in the store.
