It’s BAGEL WEEK. Bagels are THURS-SAT ONLY. It’s always best to preorder as we sell out quickly typically. If you order a dozen, you pay the price of 10. If you order 6 +6 i always adjust the price to the dozen price.
New: If you’ve bought the new sourdough boule, we’d love feedback. We noticed they stay fresh for 3+days, and would like to know if you had the same experience. I will continue making a few each week until we have production down for larger quantities. They are not on the menu, only for walk up at the store. I make them plain, with rosemary and with olive.
Also, i revamped the Keto friendly cookies. The nuts are macadamia (virtually no carbs) and we changed the chocolate to half unsweetened and half 70% to lower carbs even more. Then we added a very small amount of Monkfruit Sweetener, which has zero carbs. Monkfruit is usually mixed with Erythritol sweetener, which is a corn derivative. All in the name of very low carbs! And it is also low glycemic and sugar free.
The Lemon Ricotta Zucchini Tarts are back in stock! Both the dairy full and the dairy free versions. They are a customer favorite! The DF version has a Pepper Coulis instead of the Ricotta cheese (it also has our DF cheese.) They are super tasty and a perfect summer treat.
Pie (DF or Vegan) Pie this week is Mixed Berry with Crust or Blackberry (crust or crumb). The small vegan pies will be Blackberry and Peach, both with crumb.
Still working on new ORDERING APP (to make everyone’s life easier). There are never enough hours in the day! But hopefully soon.
The Saturday Special is POP TARTS! (DF). Either with our House-made “Nutella” or with Organic Strawberries. They freeze well and are the perfect breakfast treat so stock up!
Bread (DF or Vegan) is Bagels or Oat Bread. Bread is available this week Weds-Sat. Tuesday we will have Challah, as usual.
Pastry will include our cream puffs, mixed berry shortcake (to switch it up a bit) and our lemon curd tarts.
Tea Bread (DF) Raspberry Lime with or without walnuts. We will have Strawberry-Chocolate chip OR Peach Crumb Muffins this week. Plain or with walnuts.
