Well, at least some of us are. Jala is stuck in Paris (poor her, lol) and i’m coming back late Thursday. But our skeleton crew is back making your favorite gluten free foods. They are a little short staffed until Thursday so be kind to them. One of our head bakers will be working the front this evening and tomorrow in the afternoon. So stop in and say Hi to Diana!  And then on Sat morning, i’ll be working the front, so stop in and say Hi!

Everyone had a terrific time, and like last time said it was a trip of a lifetime. They baked, ate, swam, hiked, laughed, drank and generally were merry. Sorry you all couldn’t be there. It was great to be out in the country air and have limited access to the USA news cycle.

July Menu

Our July Menu is posted. We will bring back Strawberry Shortcake next week when we have a full crew. WHAT PIES are you hankering for????

Ice Cream Sandwiches! 

They are back! Full dairy, DF, and Vegan. On a variety of different kinds of cookies or brownies. So delicious. Various flavors so we didnt put them on the preorder menu , but you can just come on in and purchase.

Saturday Special is Scones !

Strawberry Rose, Lemon Blueberry, Sundried Tomato and Chive  and our only DAIRY scone, Cheddar and Jalapeño. These freeze really well.

We get asked a lot if we can make donuts for a special event. Sure! Minimum order is 36 donuts, which you can split into 2 flavors.

Weekly Bread

This week it is Sourdough and CHALLAH.   The Challah is soft and fluffy just like wheat based egg bread. Our sourdough is slow rise bread made with our own 17 year old sourdough starter. You can get it in Pullman loaves (steamed) or as a boule (baked at 400F on an oven steel. )Preorder, or take your chances in the store.

Right now we are trialing sourdough biscuits. They are almost, but not quite there yet. Fingers crossed my latest changes to the recipe make them fluffier than ever. These are part of our W Bake it Right series on Instagram with a how to video and recipe. So you can make it at home. Stay tuned.

Don’t forget, we sell our sourdough starter (freeze dried) and even our bread flour, for you to start your own Sourdough Mother.

Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
