What’s New this Week!

You all keep asking for Bagel Sandwiches on Saturdays (we keep running out early) , so we’ve decided on Saturdays to make Bagel Sandwiches a regular. We will have the same ones you got last week, all month. This includes: The Avocado (Over easy egg, avocado spread, tomato, micro greens and gruyere cheese). Jalapeño Popper (Jalapeño cream cheese spread, fried egg and sharp Cheddar.) Potato Fritatta (Potato, red bell pepper, onion, spinach Frittata with Mozzerella/Chedder blend). You can also get fried egg and cheese, with or without spinach, and our various cream cheese blends. And most of these can be ordered dairy free or vegan. 

Our specialty Grilled Cheese this week is with House made pesto, spinach and cheese. And our Soup of the week is  Minestrone. 

Saturday Special and Breakfast Special.

Sat Special this week is Sweet and Savory Brioche. These delicious breakfast pastries come in full dairy or DF. They freeze very well. You can pop them right from freezer into microwave for 40 seconds and it’s like they just came out of the oven. o don’t miss this treat. They freeze well!

The Breakfast Special  for Sat is Eggs Florentine or Eggs Royale (with smoked Salmon). Both come with our house made English Muffins and our house made Hollandaise Sauce (DF).

Cakes!

We still have lots of cakes to do in the next three weeks before we close, including 3 wedding cakes. so please  DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT. We may not be able to accommodate last minute requests cake-wise this month. Please plan ahead.

Summer Classes
We are offering three classes this summer. These would make terrific Mother’s Day presents! The first is All Things Lemon Curd, offered on Thurs, June 20th 6-9. Just in time for your July 4th celebrations. You will learn how to make fail proof lemon curd, angel food cupcakes, which we fill with lemon curd and top with rose cream, and lemon curd fresh fruit tarts. Class limited to 8 people.
On July 20th (Sat) 2-5, we are offering a class on Converting Your Favorite Recipes to GF. In this class you will learn important principles to be able to convert most recipes to a successful GF version. Class is limited to 8. Each person will submit ahead of time 1-2 recipes they want to convert. We will choose a few to work on to teach you how to trial a recipe conversion. Even if we don’t trial yours, everyone will walk away with a beginning suggestion for converting your fav recipe.
On August 24th (Sat 2-5) we will have a Cake Decorating class. In this class you will learn how to make yummy frostings, and crumb coat and finish a 3 layer frosted cake. We will also teach you how to candy flowers to use in decorating. Candied flowers can last a year of more, so you can keep them on hand for when you make cakes. Limited to 8. Everyone will go home with their own small 3 layer cake. .

Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
