What’s New this Week!

We are here all week and then closed until July 9th! So stock up!

Ice Cream Sandwiches are back in stock.

We two kinds of Pies for your July 4th celebration. Mixed Berry Crumb (vegan) and Cherry with a crust top (DF). These come in large and small (2 person pie.) They can be bought baked off, or FROZEN READY TO BAKE. If you want frozen just tell the person waiting on you that you want a frozen pie.

Mail Ordering is almost Live!

MAIL ORDER will launch the week we get back. We are just working on last minute details like order and shipping printers, and waiting for our shipping boxes. You can access shipping from our main website. We are using Shopify for shipping.

LEMON CURD CLASS IS THIS SAT 2-5!

You will go away knowing how to make angel food cake, lemon curd and fruit tarts. And best yet, you will take all of these things home with you, including the lemon curd you make in class because it has to sit overnight in the fridge. So we will have some already made for your construction of angel food cupcakes and fruit tarts! Our Dairy free lemon curd is to die for. And if you love butter, no problem, you can use same recipe with butter instead!

Saturday Special and Breakfast Special.

Sat Special this week is POP TARTS! (Vegan) Strawberry, Blueberry and Tart Cherry. They freeze well. You can pop them out of the freezer and into your toaster for a delicious breakfast or snack.

The Breakfast Special for Sat is Bagel Sandwiches. We will also have the same roaster of Bagel Sandwiches we’ve had the past two weeks, because you like them so much!.

Summer Classes

We are offering three classes this summer. These would make terrific Mother’s Day presents! The first is All Things Lemon Curd, offered on Sat June 29th 2-5. Just in time for your July 4th celebrations. You will learn how to make fail proof lemon curd, angel food cupcakes, which we fill with lemon curd and top with rose cream, and lemon curd fresh fruit tarts. Class limited to 8 people.

On July 20th (Sat) 2-5, we are offering a class on Converting Your Favorite Recipes to GF. In this class you will learn important principles to be able to convert most recipes to a successful GF version. Class is limited to 8. Each person will submit ahead of time 1-2 recipes they want to convert. We will choose a few to work on to teach you how to trial a recipe conversion. Even if we don’t trial yours, everyone will walk away with a beginning suggestion for converting your fav recipe.

On August 24th (Sat 2-5) we will have a Cake Decorating class. In this class you will learn how to make yummy frostings, and crumb coat and finish a 3 layer frosted cake. We will also teach you how to candy flowers to use in decorating. Candied flowers can last a year of more, so you can keep them on hand for when you make cakes. Limited to 8. Everyone will go home with their own small 3 layer cake. .

Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
