How are you all holding up with the time change? Love the extra light, but it does make me feel for the first few days, that time is rushing by. I hope House passes the bill that will enable us to quit changing times in Spring and Fall. It really is absurd. I personally vote for DST, which we are on 8 months a year anyway. I know some people are concerned about kids going to school in the dark (but not about coming home in the dark?), but if thats the concern, why don’t they just start school an hour later for those 4 months? Lol, I am probably stepping into a snake pit with that comment, and if so, ignore it! It’s uninformed! Seriously, I personally rather have one consistent time, whichever it is. It’s crazy making to “change time” twice a year. And i hope Congress doesn’t spend the next 5 years fighting about which time. Did you know that states can stick to one time, but only standard time? Not DST. That’s why Congressional action is necessary. It’s crazy we sill have this practice, when almost no one likes it.

Pot Pies are generally available in Small and Medium sizes. The medium we consider to be “man size” or a two person meal, if light eaters and having salad etc. Pot pies come in Chicken (always organic free range), Veg, and Vegan. The difference between the Veg and the Vegan is the crust. Vegan crust has no egg and is made with flax seed instead. Our pot pies are otherwise, dairy free.
