Easter and Passover are upon us!

The beginning of Passover is 5 days away and Easter is 10 days. Please get your preorders in!! We have a super special menu for both. But remember in today’s world, we have to preorder ingredients in advance — no last minute purchases from our suppliers are possible. So We base our ingredient orders on the preorders we have. This means if you don’t preorder, you could miss out on the items you want! Don’t snooze.

Saturday Special

This Saturday the Special is Cinnamon Buns. We have all of April’s Saturday Specials online. They include; Sweet and Savory Brioche, Scones, Donuts and Cheese Danish. Always best to preorder Sat Specials, unless you like to come down to store before 10. (Preorder pick up is 10-4).

Frosting flavors on the horizon for April. . .

We’ve been getting a lot of requests for Boston Cream Pie lately, so Boston Cream cupcakes (DF) will be on the menu for April. You can also preorder a Boston Cream Pie, which as you know is really a cake, with lots of pastry cream in it. Other special flavors include German Chocolate (DF), and Lemon Elderflower made luscious with French Buttercream. If you are putting a cake order in for April, please choose vanilla frosting and write in Special instruction box one of these April flavors: Raspberry, Lemon Elder, Cream Cheese, DF Boston Cream or German Chocolate, Vegan strawberry or Salted Caramel. That will save us having to call you to ask your choice!

Easter and Passover Menus are Posted

We have jam packed menus (note the plural!) with incredible choices for both Easter and Passover. Don’t forget to tell your GF friends who celebrate Passover, that we have them covered, with delicious, if not traditional, items.

If you are having problems finding our Strawberry Sponge cake on Easter Menu, they are under One Layer Specialty Cakes. Please also note the date differences in the Easter and Passover menus. Easter items are available Thursday-Sat before Easter Sunday. Passover items are available from start to finish of Passover.

Florentine Cookies are Back!

100% of the proceeds of these cookies will be donated to sponsor the immigration of a Syrian refugee family. Under President Biden’s newly established Welcome Corps, US citizens are allowed to Sponsor refugees to come to the USA. We will be sponsoring Jawad’s family. Jawad is the child with cerebral palsy, whose family we’ve been helping since 2017. More on that later (once the website I built with details about the Sponsorship is fully online.)

Remember, having Customers Preorder is our Goal

At the window, the only things one will be able to buy is cupcakes, cookies, bread, savories and Saturday Specials. Some items, like pastry, will only be available one Saturday a month, or for large catering orders. Many cookies at the window will come pre-packaged in larger quantities.

Deadlines:

Deliveries are Thursday – Sat. But, if you want a delivery on Weds, please email us so we can ask the driver.

General notes: If you are trying to call us and we don’t answer, send a text if it’s during regular business hours. For DELIVERY just chose pick up and make sure you’ve added Delivery City to your cart and put name, address, cell phone in Special Instruction box.)
