Even though it is cold, my gardener’s eye can tell that Spring is coming. My camellias have plump red and pink buds that are ready to burst into bloom. I love watching the garden wake up. There is something hopeful about a garden in Spring, particularly if you’ve planted early blooming bulbs and flowers.
We got requests for 25 different kinds of pies! So many good choices. But we had to settle on not more than 5. Originally we were going to only make 3! I’ve posted our Pi Day (Pi week in our case) menu. 5 flavors. Large and Small. They are: 1. Cherry Crumb (vegan), Chocolate Pecan (DF), Strawberry Rhubarb (DF), Lemon Meringue (DF) and Chocolate Cream Pie.
We are losing our delivery people for at least 6 weeks, and possibly longer. So after March 15th we won’t be able to do deliveries, except possibly on Saturdays. The man who does our deliveries will be away and they can only accommodate us on Saturday. We are looking for a temporary solution, but as of yet, don’t have one. If you live in the neighborhood and want to temporarily earn money by doing deliveries 1-3 days a week, let us know. We get asked to deliver a far ranging distance. Today, for instance, the deliveries were to North Shore, Wellesley and Boston.
We will be changing our Seasonal Pizza Flavor in the next week or so, so if you love this pizza, best to stock up. They freeze well.

Bread is Sourdough (Vegan) and Oat (DF), loaves and rolls
Tea Bread (DF) is Strawberry with chocolate chips or nuts.
Pot Pies are generally available in Small and Medium sizes. The medium we consider to be “man size” or a two person meal, if light eaters and having salad etc. Pot pies come in Chicken (always organic free range), Veg, and Vegan. The difference between the Veg and the Vegan is the crust. Vegan crust has no egg and is made with flax seed instead. Our pot pies are otherwise, dairy free.
