The new menu is up! Better late than never! Being short staffed in the kitchen, means I have little time to do menus and such. Sorry! Looking forward to next Memorial Day weekend (where does time fly?), we have not only our already yummy Summer Selections, but we’ve added two additional kinds of Shortcake: Strawberry-Rhubarb and mixed Berry. We will have Strawberry-Rhubarb pie and Tea Bread (yes, it is a theme and one i love!) We will also have hamburger and hot dog buns for your cookouts. These are available only on Friday and Sat. They come in packs of 4. And Crackers.
My favorite is still the fresh fruit tarts. Filled with our super yummy house-made DF lemon curd and then topped with organic berries and fruit. Melt in your mouth delicious. This week we also have Scones Sat Special. Lemon-Poppy (FABULOUS!), Strawberry Rhubarb (there is that theme again!) and a Dairy and Dairy Free Savory Scone with Chèvre and sundried tomato, or our DF house made cheese with caramelized onions. ALL are DF except for the Chèvre version.

The Bread this week is Sourdough, plain or with Rosemary (vegan) and Challah (DF), Loaves or rolls. We will also have Hotdog and Hamburger Buns, Friday and Sat only. AND CRACKERS! Probably last time for Crackers until July 4th.
Tea Bread (DF) is Strawberry-Rhubarb. Muffins (DF) are Mixed Berry or Cherry-Chocolate (DF)
