June Menu is up!

June Menu is Up. Please note, we will be closed July 1-18. And the week of June 27th, there will be no bread. And we will accept limited cake orders. In fact, cake orders for that week need to be in by Saturday, June 24th. The crew will be skeleton, so please plan ahead.

On Sat June 17th, we will have a SMALL AMOUNT of DONUTS. Leesteffy is the Donut Maker and she will come in to do a SMALL Batch. This means you must get your preorders in or come early Sat, June 17th. People have been asking for donuts. Knowing you all were hangry for donuts, she wanted to come in to make a small batch.

We are rolling out pies, starting this coming week. First up is Strawberry Rhubarb!

We are carrying over the same cupcake flavors. You all seem to love them, and the staff likes making them!

Saturday Special

The Saturday Special this week is Sweet and Savory Brioche. We will have Caramelized Nut (DF), Blueberry (DF), Raspberry White Chocolate Marscapone, and Chèvre with seasonal veggies.

Pastry

If you love the small version of our Pastry, come on in June 10th. This size won’t be offered as a Saturday Special again until next year.  The week of June 14th we will have the regular size back on the menu on a daily basis.

Florentine Cookies are Back!

We will donate 100% of the proceeds of these cookies to sponsor the immigration of a Syrian refugee family. Under President Biden’s newly established Welcome Corps, we can Sponsor refugees to come to the USA. We will be sponsoring Jawad’s family. Jawad is the child with cerebral palsy, whose family we’ve been helping since 2017. For more information click here. 

Remember, having Customers Preorder is our Goal

At the window, the only things one will be able to buy is cupcakes, cookies, bread, savories and Saturday Specials. Some items, like pastry, will only be available one Saturday a month, or for large catering orders. Many cookies at the window will come pre-packaged in larger quantities.

Deadlines:

Deliveries are Thursday – Sat. We can ask, but not promise, a Weds delivery if you tell us a week before.

General notes: If you are trying to call us and we don’t answer, send a text if it’s during regular business hours. For DELIVERY just chose pick up and make sure you’ve added Delivery City to your cart and put name, address, cell phone in Special Instruction box.)
