What’s New this Week!
Thanksgiving is only TEN days away. Tick Toc, you know what to do…
Lots of you came in for the Thanksgiving Pie tasting today, and we loved all the swooning there was. It’s hard to say which pie was the favorite. It was a toss up between the Mixed Berry (vegan), Pumpkin (DF), Chocolate Pecan (DF) and the Chocolate Cream (Dairy, baby, Dairy.) We are selling pie by the slice this week, so you can still come in and do your own taste test. Just remember, we are putting in our LAST INGREDIENT ORDER on THIS Monday. So we will have what we can make based on ingredients we have.
We are making Giant Batches of Coffee Poached Pear Compote on Wednesday and Thursday. I’ve been making this for 30 years, and I literally do have to mail it around the bad ole USA. Even to Texas. (Okay i just deleted what else i wrote about Texas, even though it’s my birth state so i can chomp on it all I want. )
Thanksgiving Mail Order
Our Shopify mail order for Thanksgiving is working. We are getting mail orders from several states on the East Coast. If you live too far to drive, please go to Mail Ordering on our website.
Rebel Vegan Cheese
Fly baby Fly. We are out of Brie. And half out of Truffle Brie and Cheddar. 
Trust me, if you are dairy free or vegan, you want this for your Thanksgiving table! We have 7 kinds (6 without Brie). Come in and buy some before it’s all gone. We won’t be getting more until December.
Saturday Special
This week is Scones! Sweet AND Savory ones. Apple Cinnamon. Cranberry Orange (my two favorites.) And then Cheddar and Chive (Dairy) and Gruyere and Chive (yep from Rebel Cheese) for the DF. These freeze really well, so stock up. We don’t have them that often.
Weekly Bread
Sourdough (vegan) and Challah (DF). It’s Sourdough and Challah for the next two weeks. Both of these breads make EXCELLENT Stuffing. Buy them from our freezer if getting for stuffing, please.
Weekly Donuts!
We are so happy that you are happy that we are happy to make donuts on Thursdays. This Thursday, we will have Glazed and Cold Brew Glazed. No preorders, just for walk ins. We are doing small batches of each. And just a warning, Cold Brew Glazed is Sukari’s favorite donut and she loves donuts and has them all up there where we can’t see her eating eating them all. So best to come in early. 😂
