What’s New this Week!
Yom Kippur . Please Preorder your bagels and other foods. If you know you want a delivery for this holiday, please get your order in today. We have to give our delivery service notice if we will have more orders than normal. Last week we had 13 deliveries for Rosh Hashanah.
It’s bagel week. This is the week you can order in bulk (rather than just a bagel sandwich at the store). Our bagels freeze well, and many stock up. These tasty bagels are NY style slow rise sourdough, and are vegan. Make simply with our house blend of flour, olive oil, salt, starter, a little psyllium, our 17 year old starter and a lot of love.

We roll out all the pies we will offer for Thanksgiving so you will know which is your favorite before Thanksgiving!
Weekly Bread
Bagels (vegan) and Teff Bread (DF). Teff is an ancient grain, commonly used and grown in Ethiopia. It is the closest GF grain in flavor to Wheat Bread. If you love wheat bread, you’ll love our Teff.
Reconnaissance to decide if we will offer GF Baking in France, again!
Leesteffy is leaving today for France to figure out the logistics of doing the baking class again.

For all orders, you will get a TEXT confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive a text with your order number you order did not go through.
