What’s New this Week!

DONUTS! Next Saturday is

Donut Day! Boston Cream, Cinnamon Sugar, Maple Glazed, Blueberry-Lavender Glazed.  Vegan (by preorder only) the same but Chocolate Glazed instead of Boston Cream. Preorder or come early. Our donuts are extremely popular — some say the BEST GF donuts they’ve ever had. So don’t delay, preorder or come early.

Rosh Hashanah 2024!

Please get your Rosh Hashanah orders in. The holiday is in less than two weeks! If you snooze you will lose, as we are primarily making by preorder. And we have to order ingredients by next Monday.  This menu is available Oct 2-5th. Delivery is available then too. We have Honey Cake, “Jewish Apple Cake”,  French Apple Cake and Round Challah (plain or with raisins )  If you or someone you know celebrates the holiday and are gluten free, dairy free or just prefer mostly organic high quality ingredients, we have the holiday food for you.

Additionally, We will have bagels for Yom Kippur!  Poppy, Sesame, Everything and new (1) Cinnamon. As well as Cream Cheese Mixes for your dinning pleasure. 

Curated Gift Boxes

Available starting this week!  We will have Small and Large. The small is $50  (with minimum of $60 product) and large is $85 (with minimum of $100 product.) Both size  boxes are wrapped in decorative paper with bows. The products are a mixture of our curated items like olive oil, chocolate, and jam, and fresh made (cookies, cupcakes, bread, etc) — all thematically assembled.  Perfect gift for a teacher or co-worker or friend or loved one. Open box like photo upon request.

Pies and more Pies!

This weeks pies are still Vegan Apple Crumb, Apple with French Salted Caramel (Dairy) and Chocolate Pecan (DF). All will be on our Thanksgiving menu! So come taste before the holiday so you are sure you have the perfect pie(s) for your Thanksgiving Celebration. Soon we will cycle out of the Apple Pie and bring back Pumpkin!

Weekly Bread

Sourdough (vegan)  and Challah (DF).  You can get the Sourdough as a square loaf or as a slightly bigger boule. Both breads also come in rolls.The Sourdough comes plain or you can request black olives or rosemary.

Fall Classes, and Reconnaissance to decide if we will offer GF Baking in France, again!

 

In two weeks, i’m going to France to figure out the logistics of doing the baking class again. I will need to decide whether to hold it in the village again, or at a castle (much more expensive, but with amenities like a tennis court and sauna, etc. )  At my request the village is building a giant pizza oven, and i feel like we should be there to inaugurate it, since it was my idea.  Decisions, decisions. . . Stay tuned.

But State-side in October, back by popular demand, is our Convert your Favorite Recipe class. Everyone really enjoyed that class last time. In November we will have Christmas Cookie Class, that is again, Convert your favorite recipe class. These classes are fun for all ages, genders and baking abilities. Sign up on our  order platform. Each class is limited to 8 participants.

Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
