What’s New this Week!
We are adding Curated Gift Boxes to the items we are selling in-store. (Or you can mail order one!) We will have Small and Large. The small is $50 (with minimum of $60 product)
and large is $85 (with minimum of $100 product.) Both opened style boxes are wrapped in decorative paper with bows. The products are a mixture of our curated items like olive oil, chocolate, and jam, and fresh made (cookies, cupcakes, bread, etc) — all thematically assembled. Perfect gift for a teacher or co-worker or friend or loved one. We are assembling our first one tomorrow so photos will follow.
Return Of Old Favorites!
Gone are fruit tarts, lemon bundtlette, angel food cupcakes, and strawberry shortcake (this is last week). They’ve been replaced with pumpkin bundtlettes, pies (showcasing our Thanksgiving pies) and carrot cake cupcakes. All new frostings are posted online. We are also rolling out Fall Pizza (butternut squash, chevre, sage and dried cranberries with a white sauce) and our Brie En Croute. And Ginger Cookies.
Fall Classes
We have three Fall classes. First is our Cake Decorating Class. If you’ve noticed our abundance of lovely cakes lately, come on in and learn some skills from Sezgi Sept 21st. Then in October, back by popular demand, is our Convert your Favorite Recipe class. Everyone really enjoyed that class last time. In November we will have Christmas Cookie Class, that is again, Convert your favorite recipe class. These classes are fun for all ages, genders and baking abilities. Sign up on our order platform. Each class is limited to 8 participants.
Saturday Special
This week it’s CHEESE DANISH. We have 4 kinds – 2 dairy and 2 DF. They freeze well so stock up!
Mail Ordering
Our mail ordering is Up and Running. We’ve even had Repeat Customers Already. Try it! Just go to our main website and click on Mail Order. It will take you to our Shopify Account!
Breakfast Specials
We will continue to make bagel sandwiches every Sat. But starting in Sept we will continue our rotation of Breakfast Specials, which are now posted on our Order Platform. Have you not had Hollandaise in forever because you can’t have dairy? Come have our Eggs Florentine or Eggs Royale (Smoked Salmon) with our House MADE DF HOLLANDAISE. We were making both dairy and DF, but honestly they tasted the same, so now we make just DF.
Weekly Bread
Sourdough and Challah. Get our slow rise sourdough in our Violette square shape or in a traditional boule shape. The squares are steam baked in closed bread pans so stay fresher for a tad bit longer. Also available this week is our TEFF BREAD.
Deadlines:
Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
