Thanks everyone for your kind compliments regarding our donuts. We’ve changed the production method slightly, which we think makes them more consistently puffy and light. We’ve posted several menus. Easter is two weeks away, and with huge supply shortages, please get your order in Soon! We also have our Passover Menu up. And April menu up, which includes Donut Day in 3 weeks. Our chief donut maker (moi) will be away the first of May when we normally have Donut Day. Donuts tend to sell out fast the morning of — by 10:30 or so, so always best to preorder, until you plan to come when we open.
The Easter Menu includes customer favorites. Our fun Easter Cake that has 3 kinds of chocolate bunnies, chicks and eggs on top. (Dark, Milk, White.) French Apple cake, which we only have during holidays because it is hard to make. But this is a very long lasting cake and freezes well, in case you love it. We will have a peach cobbler with a biscuit like topping. And also the same Truffles we had for Valentines Day. We will have 4 yummy kinds of of Brioche including a caramelized nut, Chocolate marcapone, and 2 versions with our house made jam and sweet cheese. This is just a sampling of our Easter treats. Sat Special is Scones! (DF) Raspberry White Chocolate (Belgian white chocolate contains dairy), Strawberry-Rhubarb and Blueberry Lemon.
Bread is Sourdough (vegan) and Challah (DF), loaves and rolls
Tea Bread (DF) is Mixed Berry, plain or with nuts.
Pot Pies are generally available in Small and Medium sizes. The medium we consider to be “man size” or a two person meal, if light eaters and having salad etc. Pot pies come in Chicken (always organic free range), Veg, and Vegan. The difference between the Veg and the Vegan is the crust. Vegan crust has no egg and is made with flax seed instead. Our pot pies are otherwise, dairy free.
