We are 2.5 weeks out from Thanksgiving, although it doesn’t feel like it. I’m going to be putting in our last order for ingredients this week, so please get your orders in.
This week’s Sat Special is Pop Tarts! Apple and Mixed Berry are vegan. and Cinnamon is Dairy Free. The week after (Nov 20th) we will have the beloved Apple Fritters. If you plan to come for those and don’t want to come back again Monday-Weds to pick up your Thanksgiving Pies, you can always pick up Frozen pies on that Sat by preorder. Just write FROZEN in the Special Instruction box. You can also freeze the fully cooked pie and the cooked pies, will also be fine until Thanksgiving anyway. But those are your options.
We will have DELIVERIES on Tuesday and Weds of Thanksgiving week. Just a reminder we are closed Thurs-Monday Thanksgiving Week, so if you are planning a celebration AFTER Thanksgiving, like me, you will need to pick up your order by Weds the 24th. We are open Monday-Weds that week. 10-7 Monday and Tuesday. 9-3 on Weds.
We can only accept a couple more cake orders for Thanksgiving week, and then we will be cutting off cake orders. If you know you need one, please get your order in ASAP. Every year we have people try to order cakes at the last minute. We can not accommodate any last minute cake orders that week.
Hanukkah starts the Sunday right after Thanksgiving. Weds, Dec 1 we will have sufganiyot (jelly donuts) and Hanukkah themed cookies. We will also have challah. I will open the sufganiyot orders next Sat, but i ask that if you aren’t celebrating Hanukkah, that you wait at least a week to order, to give priority to those who celebrate the holiday with donuts. We will have more Sat, Dec 4th, along with 2 other donut choices (likely glazed and chocolate glazed).
