π THE LAST OF SUMMER π
Summer is winding down, which means some of our seasonal favorites are about to disappear.
We’re coming to the end of:
π Fresh Fruit Tarts with our house-made lemon curd
β‘ Γclairs
π Individual Strawberry Shortcake
π Strawberry Sponge Cake
So if you’ve been meaning to have one more before they’re gone, now is the time.
But don’t be too sad. Because you know what comes next…
π PUMPKIN! π
Our fall pumpkin treats will begin replacing our summer fruit favorites as we move into September.
π© COPLEY + DONUTS π©
We’ll be at the Copley Square Farmers Market this Friday.
And this week, we should be able to manage DONUTS!
Come early if you want them. As we’ve learned, people take their Violette brioche donuts very seriously. π
π§ͺ TRY OUR NIMA MACHINE π§ͺ
Last week we told you about our NIMA machine, which lets you test food for gluten anytime, anywhere.
A couple of customers told us in the bakery that they’d like to try it, but no one has actually come back to borrow it.
We’re considering becoming a distributor and keeping a machine available for customers to try before they buyβbut only if there’s genuine interest.
So here’s the last call!
If you’d like to borrow the NIMA machine for a few days and test it out in your own life, email us at info@violettegf.com.
If we don’t hear from anyone in the next week, we’ll send the machine back to the manufacturer.
We’re still looking for one Front of House staff member.
The shift is approximately 1:00β6:30 p.m., and we’re looking for someone who can work at least two days per week, including either Friday or Saturday.
If you’re friendly, reliable and think you’d enjoy working at Violette, we’d love to hear from you.
Send your resume to info@violettegf.com with a brief note explaining why you would be a good fit for the position.
See you this week! π
