What’s New this Week!
NEW ITEM! For Saturday Special this week we will have Soft Pretzels! The come “regular” and “cheddar”. With two kinds of dipping sauce, Honey Mustard or Cheddar Mustard. We’ve been trialing these for a few weeks, and they are super yummy. Instead of rock salt, we use coarse Sea Salt.
Return Of Old Favorites!
As we head into Fall, we are rolling out your Fall Favorites. This week it is Pumpkin Bundtlettes! And a Fall lineup of Cupcake Flavors like Vanilla with Maple Italian Butter Cream, Or DF Van with Pumpkin Spice Buttercream or Vegan Vanilla with Candy Apple Frosting with Caramel Drizzle. (Somehow we thought all the Fall flavors paired best with Vanilla. But if you are looking for something different Chocolate-wise, we have DF Chocolate with Peanut butter Buttercream with Chocolate Drizzle.
In the next few weeks, we will again offer Ginger Cookies, Carrot Cake, our Butternut Squash Pizza– all Fan favorites.
Sugar Free/Grain Free/High Protein Cookie
We are offering our new Mantar (mushroom in English) cookie this week. It’s made from just nuts, cocoa (in this version), egg whites, potato starch and dates. Once we see how they sell, we will create new flavors as well. We hope they will be popular with our Grain Free , NO SUGAR Customers.
Another GRAIN FREE item we rolled out last week is the Meringue Cake. Ours was filled with cream cheese buttercream, berries and whipped cream.
Fall Classes
We have three Fall classes. First is our Cake Decorating Class. If you’ve noticed our abundance of lovely cakes lately, come on in and learn some skills from Sezgi Sept 21st. Then in October, back by popular demand, is our Convert your Favorite Recipe class. Everyone really enjoyed that class last time. In November we will have Christmas Cookie Class, that is again, Convert your favorite recipe class. These classes are fun for all ages, genders and baking abilities. Sign up on our order platform. Each class is limited to 8 participants.
Mail Ordering
Our mail ordering is Up and Running. We’ve even had Repeat Customers Already. Try it! Just go to our main website and click on Mail Order. It will take you to our Shopify Account!
Breakfast Specials
We will continue to make bagel sandwiches every Sat. But starting in Sept we will continue our rotation of Breakfast Specials, which are now posted on our Order Platform. Have you not had Hollandaise in forever because you can’t have dairy? Come have our Eggs Florentine or Eggs Royale (Smoked Salmon) with our House MADE DF HOLLANDAISE. We were making both dairy and DF, but honestly they tasted the same, so now we make just DF.
Weekly Bread
Sourdough and Challah. Get our slow rise sourdough in our Violette square shape or in a traditional boule shape. The squares are steam baked in closed bread pans so stay fresher for a tad bit longer.
Deadlines:
Deliveries are WEDS- SAT. This is not “on demand delivery”. If you need an exact time of delivery, please inquire first.
