It’s DONUT WEEK. Donuts are SAT ONLY. Our donuts freeze well. They are yeast donuts (also called Brioche Donuts) and are super yummy. DF Flavors this week are Lemon Curd (center), Cinnamon Sugar and Blueberry-glaze. We will also have VEGAN Cinnamon Sugar or Blueberry by pre-order only. Our donuts sell out fast, so either preorder ($25 min for preorders) or come between 9:30-11:30 for best chance of donuts.
The Lemon Ricotta Zucchini Tarts are back in stock! Both the dairy full and the dairy free versions. They are a customer favorite! The DF version has a Pepper Coulis instead of the Ricotta cheese (it also has our DF cheese.) They are super tasty and a perfect summer treat.
Pie (DF or Vegan) Pie this week is Mixed Berry with Crust or Blackberry (crust or crumb). The small vegan pies will be Blackberry and Peach, both with crumb.
Still working on new ORDERING APP (to make everyone’s life easier). There are never enough hours in the day! But hopefully soon.
Bread (DF or Vegan) is English Muffins or Ancient Grain (mixed grains with pumpkin and sunflower seeds). Bread is available this week Weds-Sat. Tuesday we will have Challah, as usual.
Pastry will include our cream puffs, mixed berry shortcake (to switch it up a bit) and our fresh fruit lemon curd tarts.
Tea Bread (DF) is Lemon Poppy. We will have Cherry Crumb OR Peach Crumb Muffins this week. Plain or with walnuts.
