Christmas is just 10 days away, and Hanukkah is right around the corner.
🕎 Hanukkah Treats
Sufganiyot (Hanukkah donuts) are coming! Our online ordering platform may close ordering soon. If it does—and you haven’t preordered—please come by Tuesday between 1–2 PM, when they first become available.
- We’re making only about 25 extra beyond preorders
- They may sell out quickly
- Please do not call the store on Tuesday to ask us to hold any—we do not do same-day orders
🍪 Hanukkah cookies will be available for walk-ins.

We will be open:
- Monday, Dec 22: 11–6
- Tuesday, Dec 23: 1–6
- Wednesday, Dec 24: 10–4

We’ll also be open Monday–Wednesday the week of New Year’s, with the same hours as Christmas week.
🎄 Christmas Menu & Preorders
Christmas menu orders are hopping—many of you are celebrating early! For best selection and availability, preordering is strongly recommended.
Our baking elves are already working overtime (even today!) turning out Christmas and Hanukkah cookies.
Our Christmas Cookie Story ❤️
When my mom was alive, she and I baked around the clock for two days before Christmas—10–12 kinds of cookies—then spent Christmas Eve visiting friends, family, and neighbors delivering them.
When I opened the bakery years later, I wanted to keep that tradition alive and go overboard on Christmas cookies. Over the years, many of our seasonal cookies 
became everyday favorites because you loved them so much. This year, we still have 7 extra “Christmas-only” cookies available.
🍪 Cookie tip: Buy by the dozen and get a discount—it’s basically the price of 10! They also freeze beautifully, so stock up. These cookies are only available one month a year.
🌾 Inclusive Holiday Baking
We want everyone—especially those who can’t eat gluten, dairy, or eggs—to feel truly special this time of year. That’s why our Christmas menu is enormous. Please read it carefully so you don’t miss a favorite!
🎂 We’re offering FOUR beautifully decorated Christmas cakes, so you’re spoiled for choice.
🥧 Family Pot Pies
Family-size Pot Pies are available Dec 24–31 only. These are 9″ chock-full pies.
- This is the only time of year we offer family-size pies
- Starting in January, we’ll return to small and medium sizes
🎁 Gift Boxes: Bake It at Home
Our gift boxes are Bake It at Home kits—available in Small and Large.
- Small: ingredients for 6 items
- Large: ingredients for 10 items
- Includes dry ingredients + recipes
Perfect for:
- The baker in your life
- Baking with kids
- Shipping to loved ones
Items include challah and sourdough breads, pizza crust, cornbread, cookies, and brownies.
📌 To make things easier on our bakers, all Christmas bread items are listed under Bread, not the Christmas menu.

This Saturday’s special is Cinnamon Rolls (DF)!
🧝♀️ If Jala the elf has time, she plans to stock our front freezer with Bake-at-Home Cinnamon Rolls as well:

- Maple Pecan
They are scrumptious.
🍞 Bread This Week
- Challah (DF) – available as loaves and rolls
- Bagels (Vegan) – slow-rise sourdough bagels that take several days to make
Both freeze beautifully—stock up while you can!
