Thanks for helping us spread all the Valentine’s love. We’ve heard from several of you that you loved some of our love spread (particularly truffles and the individual heart sponge cakes), and are wondering when we will have them again. Well. . . probably not until Easter. We have so many other things we need to make in the meantimes, like we haven’t had crackers in awhile. And we are still trying to fit in trialing for Croissants. And you keep running us out of pot pies. So many things to do, so little time. . .
It’s bagel week, and that takes up an enormous amount of our time. So we will let you bask in bagel love for the week. Dreaming about those truffles will give you pleasure over the next several still wintery months. Lol
Sat Special is Scones! (DF) Cranberry-Orange, Strawberry-Rhubarb, and Lemon Poppy.
Bread is Bagels (Vegan) and Teff (DF), loaves and rolls
Tea Bread (DF) is Cranberry-Apple with walnuts or plain.
Pot Pies are generally available in Small and Medium sizes. The medium we consider to be “man size” or a two person meal, if light eaters and having salad etc. Pot pies come in Chicken (always organic free range), Veg, and Vegan. The difference between the Veg and the Vegan is the crust. Vegan crust has no egg and is made with flax seed instead. Our pot pies are otherwise, dairy free.
