New: I’ve been working on a reformulated Sourdough bread for the last month so that I can make Boule style loaves without using pans. Yesterday we had success, and one customer who was here when the loaves came out of the oven bought both the rosemary and the olive, after we gave her a sample. We did a tester loaf as well, and loved the crumb (also known as mouth feel.) So I will (slowly) start making some to sell this week. To start, just for the store (walk up). I need to figure out how to scale the production before we include it on preorder. But stay tuned.

We will have our Lemon Ricotta Zucchini Tarts again, starting this week. The DF version has a Pepper Coulis instead of the Ricotta cheese (it also has our DF cheese.) They are super tasty and a perfect summer treat. We have a half dozen or so Pot Pies left. A couple small chicken and a few small and medium vegan veggie. They are 20% off now, so come in and take them off our hands! We need the room for our Lemon Ricotta Tarts.

Pie (DF or Vegan)  We are in the midst of summer pie season. Next week we will have Key Lime Pie. It’s the only week of the year that we make this pie, so if you love it, preorder. We have several people who stock up on this particular pie. The DF will have Meringue on top and the Dairy Full with have whipped cream. We will also have Mixed Berry Pie, with crust top or crumb. And a few Blueberry left. The small vegan pies will be Mixed Berry and Peach, both with crumb.

Still working on new ORDERING APP (to make everyone’s life easier). There are never enough hours in the day! But hopefully soon.

The Saturday Special (DF available) is Cinnamon Buns. With or without Maple Pecans. Like the brioche, they  freeze really well and you can take them out of the freezer and pop in microwave for 35 seconds or so, and its like it just came out of the oven. Perfect breakfast treat.

Bread (DF or Vegan) is sourdough (plain or with olives) or Challah. Both come in loaf or roll form. Bread is available this week Weds-Sat. Tuesday we will have Challah, as usual.

Pastry will include our cream puffs, mixed berry shortcake (to switch it up a bit) and our lemon curd tarts.

Tea Bread  (DF) The Peach Crumb was so popular that we are making Peach Crumb Muffins this week. We also will have Corn Muffins with Blueberries or Plain. They are not very sweet and super yummy. Tea Bread is Strawberry-fresh Basil with chocolate chips. Plain or with walnuts.
