July 4th Menu
The 4th of July is all about picnics and pies, right? We have Strawberry Rhubarb, Mixed Berry (both vegan)
and Key Lime Pie (DF) for your holiday pleasure. You can also order Challah rolls or sourdough rolls for your burger eating happiness. You can order a fresh fruit tart. We have loads of cookies and bars — all easy to put into a picnic basket. So be sad, be glad that you have planned ahead and brought great GF food you can eat. And don’t forget we have loads of Dairy Free and Vegan items as well.

They are back! Full dairy, DF, and Vegan. On a variety of different kinds of cookies or brownies. So delicious. Various flavors so we didnt put them on the preorder menu , but you can just come on in and purchase.
Saturday Special is Soft Pretzels !
These are uber fun and come plain or with cheese. And we have two kids of sauce, Mustard or Cheese sauce — you can choose which you want. Preorder for bulk. These freeze really well. They are sourdough pretzels.
We get asked a lot if we can make donuts for a special event. Sure! Minimum order is 36 donuts, which you can split into 2 flavors.
Weekly Bread
This week it is Sourdough and CHALLAH. The Challah is soft and fluffy just like wheat based egg bread. Our sourdough is slow rise bread made with our own 17 year old sourdough starter. You can get it in Pullman loaves (steamed) or as a boule (baked at 400F on an oven steel. )Preorder, or take your chances in the store.![]()

Right now we are trialing sourdough biscuits. They are almost, but not quite there yet. Fingers crossed my latest changes to the recipe make them fluffier than ever. These are part of our W Bake it Right series on Instagram with a how to video and recipe. So you can make it at home. Stay tuned.
Don’t forget, we sell our sourdough starter (freeze dried) and even our bread flour, for you to start your own Sourdough Mother.
