Father’s Day is around the corner. We added some incredibly delicious Bourbon Barrel made Maple Syrup in a flask to our FATHER’S DAY menu. We almost never sell anything from someone else, but this was so good, we decided to share the treat with you. We will be using this Maple Syrup for our Bourbon Maple Glazed Donuts for FATHER’S DAY. PLEASE GET YOUR ORDERS IN. Every week we have very disappointed people who wait until the last minute to order, and they are surprised when we say we can’t accommodate. We are too busy to take ANY last minute orders. We are so busy, that we haven’t yet offered things that we always offer this time of the year, like Lemon Ricotta Zucchini Tarts, Angel food cake with lemon curd and rose cream, Lemon Poppy Bundtlettes, to name just a few. We are trying our best, but there are literally no experienced kitchen staff in the area. I pay for a service that alerts me each time a baker posts, and there have been like 2 in a 35 mile radius in the past 3-4 months. Its a dying profession for sure. 
Flowers are in full bloom, so its that time of year again when you can order fresh flowers on your cakes. I’ll be doing a video to post on instagram, one of these days soon! (Sorry, i’ve been so busy baking that social media falls last on the list!)
Deliveries are Thursday and Friday late afternoon only and Sat. We’ve opened the app for those three days, but please do not request an early delivery on Thursday or Friday. The delivery people can not accommodate. Like everyone, they are short staffed.
