Next week is Pi Day (Sunday) and the start of Daylight Savings. (Do you realize we are only not on Daylight Savings 4 months a year?! — let’s get rid of regular time and have DS always!) To celebrate we will have 4 types of small pies, which you can also pre-order as large pies: Mixed Berry Crumb (Vegan), Peach (vegan), Chocolate Pecan (DF) and Banana Cream. Early the following week is also St Patrick’s Day, so we will celebrate by offering (starting this Friday) Chocolate cupcakes with Bailey’s Irish Cream French Buttercream and a Vegan Chocolate-Orange-Chocolate cupcake, both with Shamrock cookies on top. We will also have Shamrock sugar cookies (DF). Starting March 23rd, when sunset is at 7, we will start closing again at 7 pm weekdays.
We have a new Keto offering: a Keto Brownie plain or with macadamia nuts on top. It is a dark fudgy brownie!
Still trialing chocolate croissants! Trialing sometimes takes us months. Made some this week that tasted good but were too moist. Croissants should be a little dry and flakey. So I’m still working on it. . .
We will be posting our Easter/Passover menu this weekend, maybe even tonight, so stay tuned. 
We have a new seasonal pizza! Smoked Gouda and Mozzarella with mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions and white sauce. The Vegan version has our house made smoked almond cheese. This was a customer favorite last year!
The Bread this week is English Muffins (vegan) and Challah, loaves and rolls (DF).
Tea Bread (DF) is Blackberry-Blueberry-Lime, plain or with pecans. Muffins (DF) are Banana nut, Banana Chocolate Chip, Blackberry-Blueberry-Lime, or Blackberry with crystalized ginger.
Soup: Cream of Broccoli (vegan) and African Carrot-Peanut soup (vegan). Soup’s On until about May.
The Sat special is Pop Tarts: Cherry (DF), Cinnamon Cream (DF) and Blackberry (hint of lavender) (Vegan).
