Easter and Passover are upon us yet again. We have a number of delicious items, including a cake that has German Chocolate filing inside and buttercream grass and house made chocolates on top. Can be made with butter, DF or Vegan. Delicious and adorable. My other favorite is the Blueberry Buckle Breakfast cake. It’s like a coffee cake but more moist and bursting with blueberries. We also have our FRENCH APPLE cake. This is a specialty cake that people LOVE. It is hard to make so we only make it for major holidays. It FREEZES really well, so this is a cake you can stock up on. Think Parisian cafe apple cake. See our Easter and Passover menus for all our holiday items.
We will be stopping several items by May 1, so if you love these things stock up. They include our Pot Pies, Ginger Cookies, Slim Mints, Carrot Cake, and Chocolate Vegan bundtlette. We are making way for our late Spring/Summer offerings.
Remember that we will have VEGAN BUNNY Sugar Cookies and will be donating the proceeds of these cookies to Save the Buns, a non-profit who educates regarding animal testing, and rehouses bunnies who have been experimented on

All living creatures deserve to be treated with love and compassion. And on that score, please don’t buy bunnies for Easter unless you are making a life long commitment thru thick and thin to that bunny. Thank you.
The Bread this week is Sourdough (vegan) and Challah (DF), Loaves or rolls.
Tea Bread (DF) is Lemon Poppy or Blackberry-Lavender with pecan. Muffins (DF) are Raspberry-Mango, or Cherry (with chocolate chips, or pecans.
Soup: Cream of Broccoli or French Onion (vegan). Soup’s On until about May 1.
The Sat special is Sweet or Savory Brioche. It comes DF or full cheese.
