Please note, its that time of the year when we use Pecans in our Chocolate Chip cookies and Tea Breads rather than Walnuts. I personally love pecans in my cookies and tea bread, its just that the price went way up a few years ago due to a frost, and as sometimes happens, the price never went back down. (Same thing happened with Vanilla.) Sigh.
The Sat special this week is Cranberry-Orange Scones. Muffins are Pumpkin with or without chocolate chips. Tea Bread is Mixed Berry with or without nuts.
By the end of Weds, we should have all the pies in stock except the Plain Pecan. We are making that only to order. If you love our ICE CREAM sandwiches stock up! We will stop making them for several weeks as our freezer fills with items for Thanksgiving.
Emily’s organic Elderberry Syrup is flying off shelf. Get it before flu and cold season and stay healthy all winter. Or good with bubbly drinks or as a medicinal. We have many of Emily’s garden grown items, perfect as a hostess gift for Thanksgiving.

Reminder, we have challah every Tuesday and then our bread of the week Weds-Sat. No preorders of challah on Tuesday, its first come, first serve. Please remember we cannot accept phone requests to hold bread, any day of the week. If you can’t make it in early, please Pre-order by 12:00 noon the day before.
