What’s New this Week!
Rosh Hashanah. Tomorrow is the very last day to preorder. We will not have extra round challah for purchase at the store. Only preordered Challah. Ditto Jewish Apple Cake and the Honey Cake. The only cake we will have extra is the French Apple Cake. So if you want round challah, traditional apple cake or honey cake, please get your order in by tomorrow. We’ve already ordered ingredients, and early Monday morning is last time I can add to the order. Like 6am, early!
Remember to get your bagel orders in for Yom Kippur! Poppy, Sesame, Everything and new (1) Cinnamon. As well as Cream Cheese Mixes for your dinning pleasure. (The latter purchased at the store. Our vegan cream cheese spreads are fabulous, just fyi. Every spread comes in Dairy and vegan.)
Pies and more Pies!
This week we are adding Pumpkin Pie to our menu! We only have it for a week or two, so don’t tarry. Order or come in to get a pie (after Weds– as we will be busy with Rosh Hashanah until then. )
Weekly Bread
English Muffins (vegan) and Challah (DF). We will have Eggs Florentine or Eggs Royale next Saturday. (Think Eggs Benedict but with spinach or smoked salmon.) We start with our house made English Muffins, then add Pasture Raised Eggs, Sautéed Organic Spinach or Smoked Salmon, and then Topped with a generous dose of House made Hollandaise (DF available!). When is the last time you had Hollandaise?
This is all to say we are making English Muffins this week so we can have the Eggs on Saturday!
Reconnaissance to decide if we will offer GF Baking in France, again!
